Feature request: add option to open video streams with hard disassembly when converting and to complete conversion tasks sequentially

Hi HeapOfChaos,

Thank you very much for your quick response, I am now able to call my integrated graphics card (QSV) to transcode the recorded video. Everything is working very well. I have two more requests:

1. Currently the CPU usage is still high when transcoding, so the decoding is still done by the CPU. Is it possible to add an option to let my Nucleus do the decoding as well?
2. Is it possible to add videos to be transcoded to the queue and set the number of simultaneous transcoding tasks?
