[GUI] adjust the cam-preview with window size

It would be nice, if the cam-preview would resize with the GUI-window.

Unfortunately due to how openCV resizes images, this currently provides a very blocky and unreadable image on Linux. Will keep looking for alternative methods to do this on a pi that doesn't clog up the CPU.
