Need to refresh page to see changes in an editor

[HegelPro]

1. Open browser of entity
2. Choose an entity for editing
3. Edit the entity and save
4. In the browser open the same entity again

Actual:
Editor screen doesn't see changes.
If reload the page and open the entity again, changes will be applied.

Expected:
Changes should be applied without page reloading.
