Thank you for your excellent work. We currently have raw files in aedat4 format and annotation files in JSON format (which contain the coordinates and categories of multiple objects). Could you please tell us how to convert them into the data format required by FAOD?

Hello, thanks for your interest.

For this question, we actually use a basic method: extracting the information from the JSON and AEDAT4 files, and then converting it into NPY and H5 formats, since these two are more convenient for processing.

We have also provided the relevant code in FAOD/data/source_data_process, which you can refer to and use.
