Add usernames on a list which tells them they are not over 18 when they join #59
Description
If we find someone that's under the age of 18 we can put them on a list which gives them a warning when they join.
S_ : !banlist User123
Bot : "User123" is added to the list and will be warned about his age when joining.
User123 joins the chatroom.
Bot to User123 : We found information that suggest you're under the age of 18. If you leave now things won't have to get messy.
