Description
If a user has done something bad, eg.
- stated that their age is below 18.
- said a dirty word (racist words, offensive words.)
Offense count:
- 1st: Whisper them a warning saying that they need to leave without any hassle or they'll get banned.
- 2nd: Whisper & short timeout
- 3rd: Long timeout
- 4th: Ban
