vimkey ignores disable rule, reelables itself on iOS 18

Vimkey cannot be disabled for pages I want it to. The rule is there but seems not to be applied. Dissabling it thourgh the toggle in the address bar does not seem to stick, first few keypresses (in a webapp that uses hjkl for navigation) work, then vimkey seems reeinabled.
