Key project milestones are earmarked for ensuring timely progress. The interview with the Product Owner on January 23, 2024, will solidify project goals. The low-fidelity prototypes due on February 13, 2024, will offer an initial look and feel of the application. High-fidelity prototypes will be reviewed on April 16, 2024, to refine user interfaces, followed by the final product delivery on May 21, 2024, marking the launch readiness.
