Vivoactive 3 cannot display

The connect IQ store says this is compatible for VA 3 watches. I put in exact info several times but the face shows up in my watch choices as blank with IQ and an exclamation point. Using iOS 12 iPhone 8 with latest FW and Connect. Please let me know if u need settings or it is advertised wrong.

Any help is appreciated. ESP if I am doing something wrong. I use UTC-5 and US imperial measurements but filled in height, weight in cm kg as labeled. Uninstallled 3times

Hi there,
Just checked against the latest SDK 3.0.3 and it works fine in the ConnectIQ Simulator with the Vivoactive 3.
Not really sure why it does not work for you and btw. you only have to fill in the height, weight etc. if you did not set up a Garmin account. If you have a Garmin account with your watch it will take the data that is stored in the Garmin app.
