Add cycle count #2
Description
Task: By adding an on/off float switch cycle count, this monitor can be adapted with no further change to pulse output flow meters, like those used on solar or electric pumps. This broadens the usefulness of the monitor, making it more of a "universal" system for nay pump. Time-in-use is correct for the Afridev and IM2, but cycle count is needed for pulse output meters.
