Passenger module

Hi, I’m trying to run the CCLONE tutorial via A1.ipynb and the run_wNMF.py script, however, all of them reference a passenger module (e.g., passenger.preprocess.filter, passenger.cluster.NMF), which isn’t available in either this repo (CCLONE_notebooks) or the main CCLONE repo. Could you please upload the missing passenger package or advise how to obtain it? Thank you.

I pulled the latest git repo and in the CCLONE folder in the repo there are folders with .py files that have the necessary modules.

I ended up doing:

sys.path.append(os.path.abspath("PATH TO CCLONE/preprocess FOLDER"))

from filter import *
from import_data import *
