When TaulabsGCS is running, it automatically connects to the drone, forbidding the bridge to attach itself. The bridge will just exit printing :

2015/06/25 15:48:18 Connection received
2015/06/25 15:48:18 Treating messages
2015/06/25 15:48:18 Unable to open device.
At best it would be nice to be able to detect that communication is hold by some other program and print his pid.
Printing that the device is busy would do the job too.
I have no idea if we can do that easily, it's been a looooooooooong time since the last time I dealt with usb.
