[Feature] Sponsor Feature

The Sponsor feature section is relatively straightforward-- use the SponsorTicketComp component (it is now a shared component, use cmd +shift + f to search where it's used so you can see an example of how to use it in the appropriate context).

Create a new file in the src/(landing) folder:

called SponsorFeature.tsx

Implement for all screen sizes.
