Here is some groundtruth data from CLEAN. It includes gt data for incident_date, case_type (UOF, OIS, Misconduct), and we'll soon have gt data for officer_name.

amazing. thanks for organizing these resources! Would it be helpful if I setup an import task for this data?

I haven't finished reading through the files in the pull request but notice we read in a csv in gen_train_data, so maybe some light refactoring is all that's needed.
