Getting this unexpected warning for the incbwt part - I think you need to pass -fopenmp to g++ ?
On current HEAD

In incbwt/Makefile uncomment the appropriate line(s).

I have not experimented with the multithread support in RLCSA (i.e. the version under incbwt/). I leave it off (as it is by default), but I'll try to find time to test it at some point.
