helpMeEdit 則是有提供其他內容給 notionAI 修改

在原生 notion 上，如果有內容他在呼叫的時候會直接 call helpMeEdit 而不會 call helpmewrite
所以我在這個 library 上的設計也是參考 notion 的流程，helpmewrite 只接收 prompt

表格的部分我猜會是用 markdown，但還沒實際驗證過

下圖是我請他幫我彙整表格所回傳的結果，看得出來是 markdown 的形式，也合理 notion 本來就支援多數的 markdown
