Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a TODO comment means IDE tooling can pick up tasks. Regex for identifying comment tag may need modifying, as it does for "Todo Tree" extension.
This also means it can integrate with GitHub or JIRA extensions to allow creation of tickets for completion.
