api kick errors

API Kick most often returns an error
https://kick.com/api/v2/channels/${process.env.KICK_CHANNEL_NAME}/users/${kickSlug}
for example, out of 10 calls (same username) only 2 will return user information

Do you know a solution to this?

Make sure the username exists.

The user exists because I ask about the same users all the time.

I guess something is blocked on the server because normally when I type it into the browser it works every time.

You may have been blocked. There is already https://dev.kick.com/

I saw /dev.kick.com/ but there is no information about subscription there
