Hoarder continues to accrue value even after it's debuffed #61
Description
I picked up a perishable hoarder card. Even after it became debuffed at the end of the fifth round, it continues increasing in value when I gain money.
I'm using version 1.3 of the extra credit mod. Lovely v0.7.1, steamodded 1.0.0 beta (0404b)
