Add support for BlobMessages

With us being able to upload large models we need to be able to support blobmessage types http://activemq.apache.org/blob-messages.html.

Perhaps from ws this would be a suitable protocol? http://binaryjs.com/

Not needed right now as I have increased the size of ws messages.
We will add it later if needed. No need to work on it as of now.

Oh I wasn't going to work on this at present...though internally I am going to be using input streams so that it will make no difference to the parser etc.
