Description
Even for a very basic mcp server codebase, and a simple request to perform basic user testing, Roo Code (in all modes) seems to endlessly loop through reading the memory bank files and re-examining the codebase, and never reaching any conclusion other than to ask the user the same questions on loop (despite the memory bank files clearly addressing these questions and capturing very explicit assumptions).
