Updating after RooCode update

The README indicates:

4. Updating RooFlow
   Simply run the install script and it will overwrite your existing .roo/ directory and .roomodes file.

If I have created additional modes, seems like I would lose everything.

You are correct. If you have additional custom modes in .roomodes, rename that file before running the update and then replace the newly installed .roomodes with the content from your custom .roomodes file. I'll add this to the readme.

does that apply to the .roo/ directory too? I assume it would overwrite files that have the same name only but other files would be ok?
