If working in the team the progress.md can get super big and including context how to merge or manage it then with git including there will be a lot of merge conflict

Also there is a problem with the workspace dir.

You could revise this sentence in the system prompts: "Use insert_content to *append* the new entry, never overwrite existing entries." with an instruction that will allow Roo to use its own judgement when updating that file.Or maybe just manually edit it every so often?
