Profile per game keeps resetting when closing dsvita. Urgent Bug report!

I've encountered a major bug with the latest version. every time i set the screen layout to something specific it saves it only for that one time that I launch the game but when i close the game and go back to dsvita it resets back to side by side for every single game in my library. Please can you look into this
