Feature suggestion - action replay cheats feature

Hi, this isn’t a mandatory feature but i was thinking it would be cool if possible to be able to use cheats for games similarly to how action replay was a thing on DS.

Yes, I also need it for FIX codes, Leftovers and Debug Menus etc...
