Instead of having to hold the PlayStation button and press X I was wondering if it wouldn’t be easier to just have a shortcut button on the screen in the corner or something to switch which screen you want to focus on. Especially if you’re overlapping them or having the bottom screen to the side it would be helpful to just be able to switch on the fly. In games like Phoenix wright where you regularly look at the court records it gets tiresome to have to hold and press PlayStation + X button every single time. It would also add something unique to the whole experience of playing ds on a vita by still utilising the touch screen to make games like that more accessible. Also not everybody knows or remembers that you can switch the focus of the screens with PlayStation + X button so it would help a lot to just have that shortcut button to tap while in a game.
