[Bug]: Date-Picker Year and Month Dropdowns do not Scroll to the Selected Value When First Opened #3492

Expected Behaviour
When opening the year or date dropdown inside the date-picker, the dropdown should scroll down to the selected value so that it is visible.
Actual Behaviour
At time of reporting, the current year of 2026 is selected (blue) but not visible since the dropdown is scrolled to the top.
Replication Steps
This can be reproduced in the docs.
- Open the date-picker with no value selected
- Open the year drop-down
Assumedly this applies to the month dropdown as well in later months of the year.

Additional context
The user can just scroll the dropdown so it's not hugely disruptive, just passing this on since it was confusing some users in testing.
