Menu options in the AppHeader are squished. This was introduced in the latest version, and can be replicated across both Angular and React.

This issue was likely introduced with this file change, https://github.com/GovAlta/ui-components/pull/3109/changes#diff-434dda7d87fb20f70c31253c478a414b870f95718e2b7f20081edfbfce619d3e, specifically Popover.svelte in PR #3109

Vanessa helped track it down to libs/web-components/src/components/app-header-menu/AppHeaderMenu.svelte:173:

minwidth="8rem"
For some reason the max-width is ignored. Setting min-width to 16rem (same as max-width) will increase the width of the menuitems, but to the expected max-width of 16rem. But then the menu items are always 16rem wide..
