Dropdown expanding inside Container #3450

If you place a GoabDropdown inside a GoabContainer, it no longer expands outside the container, instead it expands inside the container, creating vertical scrollbars on the container.
This is a confirmed issue for both Angular and React. It was introduced in version 1.40.0 of web-components.
