exporting instrument bank as .sf2 or .dls results in unhandled exception

if i export a instrument bank as any file format except for .sbnk it results in an unhandled exception

clicking continue results in no file being exported to the given location and i think it just hangs
i don't know if this accounts for a particular way some instrument banks are laid out but i recently tried this on plants vs zombie (au)'s .sdat, and it seemed to do this without fail

please let me know if you'd like more files or the actual .sdats to compare

where it references an empty wav file in the system. don't know if there's a specific reason for this on my computer specifically but it could be a windows 11 thing i don't know. may need a new wav to refer to when doing this little bit but i don't know if that should be an actual addition to the installation itself or if it should refer to some other blank wav idk

there's no hardware folder in system32 so i quickly made one up with a blank audio file with the same metadata that both codes address and it still had an unhandled exception on the same thing

You need to run the program as administrator, then open your SDAT and it will allow it to render the .wav file
