container doesn't start after providing container command

the same docker container command successfully runs on local but with container optimized os the container doesn't up after providing command.
it throws error
unable to start container process: exec: "centrifugo --admin --health": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown"
the real command is centrifugo --admin --health
