LH v12 doesn't contain PWA data anymore

Hi team!

Opening a thread as I think I identified some symptoms of PWA LH removal (https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/releases/tag/v12.0.0) in some AWP.

I will investigate it further!
