Bug: connecting to a previous connected wallet

Bug Description
Once you connect and reload the dapp or visit back later, it should automatically connect to your last active connected wallet.
right now it seems to work initially, but once you try and switch network nothing happens

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to dev.gooddapp.org or run locally
2. Connect a wallet
3. verify that switching network works
4. reload the page
5. retest switching networks

Expected Behavior
Reconnecting a wallet should still have all features enabled. besides the network switch there might be other things broken or not working as expected. Make sure switch of network loads in all the contract addresses and the data from the selected chain

Additional Context

• Verify other flows and screens if things load as expected.
• review appkit flow and reconnecting, verify their docs if this behavior is specified.
• If it seems things are broken down in dependencies from @GoodDollar packages, the fixes should potentially be applied in GoodWeb3-Mono
• if things are unclear, ask!
