Look into the Black-Litterman model as an additional optimization methodology.

Black-Litterman model implementation will be pushed until CombinationEngine at least functional due to the testing flexibility brought by automated portfolio selection cabability. As of now, this issue will reside in the backlog until further development updates come from the CombinationEngine.
