Bioconductor failure and risk of deprecation

We would like to bring to your attention that your package is failing in both Bioconductor release and devel and has been for an extended period of time.

This is very problematic. Please fix your package in the next few weeks to avoid deprecation and removal of the package. This will need to be corrected on both the RELEASE_3_22 branch and devel branch on git.bioconductor.org.
