feat: Add Places (see description for details): Open to anyone

Same as contacts, we can also start to work on the add places. I haven't yet added a places component to the profile BUT i think it's easy to implement just copying and pasting the code that is already there. I haven't thought too much about this but i think the places object needs to have a lat/long object or tuple and an optional tag.
