Add Radio device #22
Description
The player has a radio device that can hear his mate once in reach of the base.
- [ ] add radio mesh: headset or mobile phone or fm radio? -> Radio is not visible
- add default noise that loops if out of reach or mate doesn't say anything
- optional: indicator of the signal strength
- some voice lines from the mate: "are you still there?" "Do you need help?"
