access_policy like generated output for debugging #253
Description
The access_policy.xml file was nice for site admins as it provided a quick overview of the system's configuration. Now that it's gone, there's no real way to see that without browsing the admin interface.
Create a script to generate a similar configuration which can be displayed to the user via cli.
