Renaming a Circuit without clicking Change and clicking Save, saves the placeholder value "new name input:" as the Circuit description

Recently a user tried to update a Circuit name and did not press Enter or the Change button after entering the new name. They instead clicked the Save button which replaced the previous Circuit name with the input's placeholder text "new name input:".
