Inolashite Poison II not poisoning players 

Hey we have a player complaining on our server:
"I made crossbow bolts from inolashite tool rod and those bolts show Poison II. When I tested it on other players, those bolts didn't poison them."
also
"I found that Poison II doesn't do anything with shurikens. It is the same as with bolts."

Would be nice if you can look into it.
