Add an option to the hyperlinks, to choose the kind of the href target

Currently, the hyperlinks generated by Little Writer, when are clicked within a web browser, are opened in the same window; would be nice to add an option to specify the kind of target, eg target="_blank" to open links in a new window/tab of the browser.
