Unable to change issue settings as Admin

The Help Desk module will not allow me to change privacy settings on existing issues. I get the message: Your request failed because you do not have access to this action.

So somehow it is not recognising my admin status.

Apologies for the significantly delayed response, if you're still having this problem I can look into it, but the Help Desk has been put on hold, but I intend to rebuild, starting sometime in the coming months.

Hi FV, again this is a majorly delayed response, but if you're still invested in this module I've (hopefully) fixed this specific issue on the current development branch;

It's possible the issue may have also occurred if you had not assigned yourself to a Technician Group such as the default "Head Technicians", let me know if you've got any additional questions or would like to further follow up on anything regarding either this issue, or the module as a whole. @raynichc and I are, finally, giving this module a much needed overhaul of its code, but it's still a massive work in progress.
