Missing model A0201_SLLMWITQC

Hi, I'm trying to download this model but get the following error.
Do you understand why?

looks like the model isnt on the zenondo anymore?
This also makes the --download-all command fail btw

Hi, thanks for your interest in our work, and thanks for flagging this.

Yes — the NY-ESO-1 model (A0201_SLLMWITQC) is not available on Zenodo as it was generated after the original MixTCRpred publication (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-47461-8) and was therefore not included in the Zenodo release used by the --download command.

The NY-ESO-1 model (associated with this paper https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.ads5589) is instead available through the dedicated ny_eso_1_phage branch of the MixTCRpred repository:

git checkout ny_eso_1_phage

You should find on that branch all the information needed to run the model.
