Support == and != operands #34

Based on discussion in #31, it could be nice to support basic operands of equality and inequality for tokens, e.g. :

{{% IF color.alpha == 1.0 %}}

This could have potentially a bunch of edge-cases with numerics, etc, but still worth thinking over and experimenting with.
