Call rejection feature does not seem to work when the app is in terminated state.

This issue was reported and resolved in #782.
When the app is running in the background, the call rejection signal is received normally from the other device. However, when the app is completely closed, the call is not received and the other device remains in a call-in state.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could check this.

This is on iOS? Are you using the latest sdk version? (stream_video_flutter: ^1.2.3)
