lasting for several days
the DDOS reduces processing power by different percentages
comparable to toxic fallout or other timespan driven event

part breakdown:
where you have to fix a server rack or remove a broken server

general maintenance:
Server Racks that are running loose computing power from time to time when no maintenance is performed
in contrast to part breakdown this does not need components to fix
