Cannot see any annotations for any book

Hi there, please advise how to troubleshoot, i don't see any annotations at all, for any of my books:

Hey, bulk syncing annotations doesn't work reliably yet. Try opening a specific book that has annotations, syncing with KoInsight, opening another, syncing again, and see if some annotations will appear.

There's an open PR (#84) that should help with bulk annotation sync

Yea i already tried that, it didn't work.

We have 2 identical Kindle Scribes in our family by the way (same versions of everything installed), and the annotations work on 1 Kindle, but not on the other one. No idea why.

PS. Feel free to close this issue if you think no further action is needed, because we need to wait for #84 to be implemented.

I think it's difficult to say without knowing more. I assume you updated the container and plugin on both devices? Then it would be helpful to see what the logs tell, on both server and plugin side. Might be some error, which would be very helpful to know.

Yea, although the .epubs are different. So perhaps it’s caused by some uncommon character in a specific book title/annotation, or maybe the amount of books/articles… 🤷🏼‍♂️

Then it would be helpful to see what the logs tell, on both server and plugin side.
