Get statistics.sqlite3 from Webdav / URL? #46

I already sync my reading statistics to a selfhosted webdav server, which the device I'm hosting KoInsight on has access to. One option would be to install the sync plugin, but for users such as myself who already sync to webdav, it would be useful to be able to fetch statistics from Webdav or even from a URL.
Example usage:
- Set a environment variable with a WebDav server URL and, a username, a password, and a path where statistics.sqlite3 can be found.
- When a user refreshes KoInsight, it fetches the stastics.sqlite3 file from the webdav server and loads the data, as if it were uploaded via manual upload.
