Extend GitHub Action, add Mamba for conda environments, update JupyterHub and JupyterLab #63
Description
- extend existing GitHub action for default scenario of Ansible collection jupyter.hub
- all conda environments are installed using Mamba now
- new JupyterHub version 5.3.0 and JupyterLab version 4.4.1
