Pset_BuildingStoreyCommon missing properties

Hi,

It seems properties ElevationOfSSLRelative and ElevationOfFFLRelative are missing from the Pset_BuildingStoreyCommon class.

IfcBuildingStorey's elevation property can now be marked as deprecated as well.
